Using lessons from our own work, the day begins by looking at what encourages people to get involved and goes on to think about involvement opportunities for your own projects and activities.  The event will be of interest to staff working in environmental and countryside situations who work with communities as part of their job, including community forest staff, rangers, rights of way and access staff, project managers, field and project officers, woodland officers, rural community councils and local authority staff.
