About STP&A

The Social Theory. Politics, and the Arts (STP&A) conference is an international and interdisciplinary gathering of researchers, policymakers, and practitioners that highlights current and conceptual issues in the development of cultural policy, theory, and arts administration practices in the United States and abroad. The conference typically draws participation from a broad range of disciplines, including, but not limited to, sociology, political science, management, economics, law, arts education, history and art history, and museum studies.
